賽馬會划越無限計劃

承蒙香港賽馬會慈善信託基金捐助，AYP推行「賽馬會划越無限計劃」一年，至今在不同學校順利舉辦到校虛擬實境VR划艇體驗，並成功帶領對賽艇產生興趣的同學們到西貢進行海岸旅程。在新的一年，我們依然會繼續舉辦不同的平板賽艇活動，讓更多人可以體驗這一項新興運動。

我們現正招募對此計劃有興趣的學校及青年機構參與體驗活動，包括虛擬實境(VR)划艇體驗及戶外平板賽艇體驗，費用全免。虛擬實境划艇體驗結合了VR科技和傳統划艇，參加者透過佩戴VR眼鏡親歷其景體驗戶外划艇，到校或到機構進行活動均可安排；而戶外平板賽艇體驗則以小班教學的方式，讓參加者於賽馬會野外鍛鍊中心掌握賽艇基本技術，並暢遊西貢斬竹灣水域，從中享受西貢海岸景色。

With the generous support from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, AYP introduces the 3-years Jockey Club Row for Future Scheme. Last year, we held numerous VR Rowing sessions in different schools and NGOs. We also brought students who generated interests in rowing to Sai Kung and enjoyed a coastal trip. In the coming years, we will continue to hold different types of Board Rowing activities and let more people experience this new sport.

We are now recruiting schools and NGOs who are interested in joining our FREE experiential programmes, including Virtual Reality (VR) Rowing Experience and Board Rowing Fun Day. VR Rowing Experience is combined with VR technology and traditional rowing. Participants can enjoy rowing in a simulated environment with the help of VR headsets. On-site services could be provided for schools and groups. In Board Rowing Fun Day, participants can learn about board rowing techniques in small groups at Jockey Club Expeditions Centre and paddle along the coast in Sai Kung.

「飛繁任務Mission S」閉幕禮

由民政及青年事務局全力支持、香港青年獎勵計劃舉辦的「飛繁任務Mission S」閉幕禮於3月19日假香港青年獎勵計劃賽馬會愛丁堡公爵訓練營圓滿舉行。閉幕禮由民政及青年事務局局長麥美娟女士，SBS, JP以及獎勵計劃理事會主席郭永亮先生，JP 主禮，除了為完成「任務」的參加者頒授證書以示鼓勵，更親身主持發射水火箭鳴槍儀式。計劃的合作夥伴香港國際航空學院代表馬惟健博士、獎勵計劃理事會委員亦親自到場蒞臨打氣，見證各學員的努力成果。

為期三個月的「飛繁任務Mission S」圍繞太空（Space）、天空（Sky） 及星空（Star） 三個主題，包括參觀香港國際機場禁區設施、參加香港理工大學的太空講座、參觀五度入選為中國航天食品的李錦記認識「太空醬料」、參與模擬太空任務設計的 STEM 課程、觀星及製作水火箭等等。參加者能從中了解航天科技及航空工程發展，培養青年人對太空探索的興趣。

AYP再次恭喜參加者完成Mission S任務！為了讓更多青年人有機會接觸航天科技，為日後的生涯規劃作準備，民政及青年事務局再度支持AYP舉辦飛繁任務2.0。 歡迎有興趣的青年人報名參加！

Supported by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau and organised by the AYP, the closing ceremony of the Aerospace programme – “Mission S” was successfully held today. We were honoured to have Ms. Alice MAK Mei Kuen, SBS, JP, the Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, and Mr. Andy KWOK Wing Leung, JP, Chairman of Award Council, to be our honourable guest to present certificates to our participants and officiate the Water Rocket Launching session. Dr Kenny Ma, Representative from the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy, and Award Council Members also came and support our participants.

The 3-month programme has 3 themes that including Space, Sky and Star which aims to inspire the interest of aerospace technology of the youth. Activities include visiting the restricted area facilities of the Hong Kong International Airport, attending a space seminar at university, visiting Lee Kum Kee to learn about "space sauce", participating in Virtual Space Programme which is combined with the STEM elements, stargazing at night camp and making water rockets, etc.

AYP once again congratulate the participants for completing Mission S! To accommodate more young people to join and learn aerospace science and technology, the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau will support AYP again to organise Mission S 2.0. We welcome interested young people to register!
